The Jardine Academy is at the heart of how we deliver training and development within the Group. We don’t just provide industry-leading skills training and coaching, we also provide numerous opportunities to acquire new skills as part of preparing for career progression, and ensuring that everyone is the being the very best that they can be, both today and in the future.
As part of our commitment to investing in colleague training and development, we are delighted to have achieved the Institute of Leadership & Management’s (ILM) Approved Centre status. This means that, not only do participants on our managerial/leadership training courses learn the skills to lead their teams effectively, but they complete the course with a qualification that is recognised externally by the ILM, the largest awarding body for leadership in the UK. Jardine Motors Group is the one of the first automotive retailers to offer employees the opportunity to gain externally recognised qualifications through in-house training.
