Amelia started with us back in August 2014 as a Service Advisor at Colchester Mercedes-Benz. Last year, her manager nominated her to join the Aftersales Development Programme, where colleagues learn skills to better themselves and progress in their roles. On the programme, they learn about things like finance schemes, KPIs, personality profiles, employment law etc.
