General Questions

Q: Why can't I find the used car I am looking for sometimes?
A: The used cars on our Used Vehicle Locator are those that are currently in stock at our dealerships.
Not all models and their variants are available as used cars at all times. If a particular make and model does not appear on the Used Vehicle Search drop downs, it means that it is not for sale at any of our dealerships. Only vehicles appearing in the drop downs are  available for sale within our Group of dealerships.

Q: If the car I want is not shown on your list, can you get it for me?
A: We have access to thousands of cars through our manufacturer systems and we will endeavour to obtain a suitable car for you.

Q: Can I order a new car with the colour and extras I want?
A: Yes. Most of the cars we sell are "built to order" to our customer's individual requirements.

Q: Do you sell Ex-Demonstrators?
A: Our dealers have a selection of ex-demonstrator, pre-registered, ex-fleet and ex-management cars.

Q: How can I book a test drive?
A: Simply contact the dealer using the details provided on the dealer page or dealerships listing.

Q: Do you offer nationwide delivery on new and used cars?
A: Nationwide delivery is available on all vehicles. Some of our dealers offer free delivery on selected vehicles (UK mainland only).

Q: Will you take my car in part exchange?
A: In most cases we will, but please check with the dealer first.

Q: I don't want to buy a car, but would you buy my car from me?
A: We are constantly looking for good quality vehicles to replenish our used stock at our Group's various dealerships. Ideally, the cars we are looking to purchase are up to 6 years old/50,000 miles. Please click here for further information.

Q: Can I print out the vehicle details?
A: Yes. Just use the print command in the vehicle details page.

Q: How do I locate the relevent Jardine Motors Group dealership for my requirements?
A: Simply go to the dealerships page or use the brand links from the left hand menu on the homepage.

Q: Is the cherished registration number shown in the vehicle details/photograph included in the vehicle sale?
A: Not necessarily. You will need to contact the selling dealership for further details.

Q: What is a cookie?
A: A cookie is a small text file that stores information about your visit to the web site for the next time  you visit.

Q: Do you store personal information in the cookie?
A: No. The only information stored is your post code so you don't need to keep re-entering it each time  you make a search on the used     vehicle locator.
