Lexus LX 570 revealed featuring new technology and styling

Lexus has finally released official details of the refreshed 2016 LX 570 at the annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance event. With a brand new exterior look as well as fresh on-board technology, it looks set to be one of the most advanced Lexus cars ever produced.

Only the door panels remain from the original exterior design of the SUV, with the headlights being one the most noticeable changes as they now provide a more assertive presence. They are also now using LED headlamps which will boost night time vision.

Inside the cabin the design is closer to the LS rather than the old SUV, helping drivers and passengers to enjoy more comfort while they travel. An impressively large 12.3-inch screen sits on the centre console, offering easy access to the infotainment system.

In terms of power, the engine is the same as before, with the 5.7-litre V8 being trusted once more. The difference this time, however, is that there will be an eight-speed automatic transmission instead of the six-speed option.

It has not been revealed yet when the new Lexus LX 570 will be released in the UK, but to keep up to date with all the latest news you can register your interest at your nearest Lexus dealer today.
