Minories Toyota Wearside wins top customer satisfaction award

Minories Toyota in Wearside has claimed the top honour of Toyota's Ichiban European Customer Satisfaction Award.

The dealership was recognised for its exceptional performance in both the sales and after sales areas.

Approximately 2,600 European retailers were evaluated on their results during continuous performance monitoring, which is included in the company's standards.

Based on a set of stringent selection criteria, 41 retailers achieved this distinct recognition by Toyota in Europe.

Didier Leroy, president and chief executive officer of Toyota Motor Europe, said the award formally recognises outstanding performance in delivering Toyota's famed "customer first" philosophy.

"We count on our winning Ichiban Retailers to lead and continue to set the example in delivering the best experience to our customers," he added.
