Volkswagen Caddy Alltrack gets a rugged update

The rise and rise of the crossover SUV class has shown that off-road styling is a strong draw for today’s motorist. Volkswagen Commercials has exploited this trend, by giving its Caddy compact van a makeover with the introduction of the Alltrack model.

The van is based on the standard Caddy, and made its debut at the recent 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. Five-seat crew van and two-seat panel van variants are available to suit different carrying tasks, and both shapes project a more rugged character than the non-Alltrack version.

Underbody protection and robust cladding for the wheel arches, side sills and bumpers confirm the van’s hard-wearing build quality. Meanwhile, chrome detailing for the grille adds a hint of luxury, and smoked tail lights plus 17-inch alloy wheels help the Caddy Alltrack to leave a lasting impression. Inside, there are more flashes of chrome and carbon fibre trim. Folding tables for rear passengers are a practical addition, and bespoke seat covers highlight the van’s uniqueness.

This distinctive form is blended with function throughout. Volkswagen’s 4MOTION all-wheel drive system is offered as an option, to satisfy buyers who frequently take on rougher terrains than the tarmac. Strong petrol and diesel engine options will be available to power the model confidently.

The Volkswagen Caddy Alltrack will go on sale at the end of 2015, and you can pick it up from Lancaster Volkswagen Loughton Van Centre. Speak to the team today for more details.
