Winning team at Aston Martin Cambridge

The Aston Martin Cambridge team were delighted to be presented with the 2017 Aston Martin Customer Service Award at the annual awards ceremony last week.

The award criteria is linked to Customer Satisfaction Survey scores returned by customers who have had work carried out by the Service Department in 2017. Customers were asked ‘How likely are you to recommend Aston Martin Cambridge?’ Every survey returned in the last 12 months has been 10/10, putting rating them #1 not only in the UK but also worldwide and earning the team the Aftersales Customer Satisfaction and Service Award.

The trophy is now on proudly on display in the Harston showroom next to the 2016 Marketing Excellence Award. Congratulations to the Cambridge Service Team who are officially the best team to take care of your precious Aston Martin.
