We provide admin assistance to a large dealership, taking great pride in having a positive, helpful team. I personally ensure the Sales Admin team’s tasks are being completed in a timely manner, alongside motivating everyone to achieve excellent results!
Audits are something I always have to keep at the forefront of my mind, having both Jardine and manufacturer ones regularly. Being promoted into my role, I had a lot of experience in our audit expectations and this allowed me to get involved with a new site joining JMG, offering them advice and guidance.

I started as a weekend receptionist and then once I was full time, was promoted into my team leader position. We answer the phones, meet customers on arrival, induct new starters and organise our board room’s bookings. Our dealership is modern, clean and beautiful - a fantastic environment to work in! Alongside this, our team work well together and are always friendly, open and welcoming.
We offer a great amount of variety in our staff benefits, but for me the unique offering we have is that our staff feel important and valued.

Our team are often the first people a customer will interact with, setting the standard. We get calls that relate to all areas of the business; Sales, Service, Fleet, Admin, Parts etc. so it’s important to listen, relay the information correctly and help prioritise what’s urgent.
As a business, we have a huge range of talented, knowledgeable and professional people who still do laugh and have fun together. I’m lucky to work in a light, bright, modern showroom. The open plan design enables us to see colleagues easily and interact with customers well. I often get comments from customers about what a wonderful environment it is!

Our dealership Co-ordinators are our site's organising masterminds. Looking after one or two sites within a branded division each, they assist the site’s General Manger in ensuring the smooth running of their businesses. This includes event management, HR support and on-site communications.
Our site host roles manage all of our customer queries from the moment they visit us, or consider doing so. Offering a warm welcome and ensuring customers receive top-class service from the moment they arrive, be it a polite booking over the phone, an introduction to their sales appointment or a coffee while they browse.
Depending on which business division and site, our service bookings are either made through one of our contact centres or through a bookings advisor on-site. These teams ensure bookings are always easy and informative, supporting the smooth-running of their dealerships.
