Reading is our latest site refurbishment incorporating Lancaster Jaguar Reading and Lancaster Land Rover Reading. With over £6.5 million invested to create an excellent working environment, we now require more staff to provide an excellent customer experience, especially within the After Sales department where due to an increase in the number of workshop ramps, we are looking for experienced technicians.
“Taking a consultative approach with customers is something that’s becoming increasingly important and today’s salespeople need to be able to match customer requirements to products more intuitively” says Kenny Mark, Head of Business for Jaguar Land Rover Reading. “This is something that seems to come very naturally to the people that we’ve recruited from outside of the motor industry” Kenny explains.
“Instead of inviting candidates to a conventional interview, our selection process is now much more rigorous” says Kenny. “The assessment days that we now hold enable us to see if candidates have the right attitude and how they would respond in certain scenarios.”
