There’s lots of ways we can manage an enquiry with you, including via remote appointments. You can arrange a remote appointment by contacting the site directly or using our online booking form to agree a date, time and platform that suits you. Remote appointments can be booked for sales enquiries, advice and guidance, vehicle demonstrations and handovers.
To enable you to get to know your new car, we arrange a virtual pre-handover appointment with you prior to your vehicle delivery to run you through the controls and answer any questions you may have. Your car is then delivered by our team to the specified location at the agreed time and socially distanced. Our delivery team wear PPE and disinfect the key, steering wheel and door handles and remove protective seat covers from the driver’s seat. The disinfected key is then placed in a plastic envelope on the passenger seat for you to pick up.
You also have the opportunity to have a second digital handover once the vehicle has been delivered for an interactive Q&A. Please contact us to arrange a convenient date and time.
