Service appointments

It’s at the discretion of both our customers and colleagues if they choose to wear a face mask at our dealerships. However our colleagues will reflect the wearing of face masks where customers choose to wear them and maintain social distancing. Our colleagues will also wear a face mask where social distancing cannot be maintained.

In our workshops, technicians maintain social distancing and Perspex screens are installed between bays where necessary. Perspex screening is in place on our service desks and reception team desks for both colleague and customer protection.

Appointment time

We ask that you attend at the agreed service appointment booking time so that we’re able to fulfil your requirements appropriately and safely. If you’re running late or are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly.

When arriving for your appointment we ask that you turn off your air conditioning; it will be returned in the same way.

Exchanging documents and keys

All paperwork is placed in either a plastic envelope or box and is placed in a filing tray for you to pick up rather than being handed to you. You may choose to bring your own pen for any signatures required. The plastic envelopes, boxes and trays are all easy to wipe clean and are sanitised after use. You will also be asked to place your car keys either in a plastic envelope or box and the same approach will be used when you collect your car.

Waiting areas

Our waiting areas will be open for use where it is still able to maintain social distancing.

Payment

We are only able to accept card or online payments until further notice.
