Service appointments

When you arrive at our dealership you will be greeted by a colleague wearing PPE (including a face covering) and observing social distancing. It is at the discretion of our customers if they choose to also wear a face covering while visiting one of our dealerships.

There is clear advice and signage around the dealership to help guide you to the service team. Floor tape is in place to help mark safe areas and Perspex screening is in place on our service desks and reception team desks for both colleague and customer protection.

We ask you to turn off your air conditioning; it will be returned in the same way. In our workshops, a safe distance of 2-metres between technicians is maintained and Perspex screens are installed between bays where necessary.

Appointment time

We request that you attend at the agreed service appointment booking time so that we are able to fulfil your requirements appropriately and safely. If you are running late or are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly.

Exchanging documents and keys

All paperwork is placed in either a plastic envelope or box and is placed in a filing tray for you to pick up rather than being handed to you. You may choose to bring your own pen for any signatures required. The plastic envelopes, boxes and trays are all easy to wipe clean and are sanitised after use. You will also be asked to place your car keys either in a plastic envelope or box and the same approach will be used when you collect your car.

Waiting areas

Our waiting areas will be open for use where it is still able to maintain social distancing.

Payment

We are only able to accept card or online payments until further notice.
