When you arrive at our dealership you will be greeted by a colleague wearing PPE, observing social distancing.
In line with the Government guidelines, we ask all customers to wear either a face mask or face covering at all times when visiting one of our dealerships for their appointment (subject to exemptions). Our colleagues will also wear face masks and coverings.
You will find clear advice and signage around the dealership to help guide you to the service team. Floor tape is in place to help mark safe areas and Perspex screening is in place on our service desks and reception team desks for both colleague and customer protection.
When attending your service, MOT or repair appointment, to ensure we provide a COVID safe experience for all our customers, we will be asking you to drop your vehicle with us and collect once all service and repairs are complete. There will be no facility to wait on-site for your vehicle as all waiting areas will remain closed.
We ask you to turn off your air conditioning; it will be returned in the same way. In our workshops, every other work bay is utilised for the safety of our teams.
Please note that due to government COVID-19 restrictions are we are only able to accommodate a drop and go facility for your service, MOT and repair appointments at this time. There will be no waiting facilities on-site.
We request that you attend at the agreed service appointment booking time so that we are able to fulfil your requirements appropriately and safely, and to ensure that we have the minimum number of people on-site at any time. If you are running late or are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know so that we can adjust accordingly and rearrange for a date that suits you.

Your temperature will be checked on arrival and your details will be taken in case we need to contact you for COVID-related reasons in the future.
All paperwork is placed in either a plastic envelope or box and is placed in a filing tray for you to pick up rather than being handed to you. You may choose to bring your own pen for any signatures required. The plastic envelopes, boxes and trays are all easy to wipe clean and are sanitised after use. You will also be asked to place your car keys either in a plastic envelope or box and the same approach will be used when you collect your car.
