The 2015 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo World Final took place at the end of November, where competitors from the European and North American series were crowned champions at the Sebring International Raceway in Florida.
Patrick Kujala claimed the 2015 Championship title in the Europe Final Round and the World Finals. Finnish driver Kujala commented on his success: “I’m very happy. I have to thank my team and those who supported me. Today’s race was quite complicated…to win the title I only had to focus to keep running, and this is what I did.”
The Pro-Am title was won by American driver Corey Lewis with Lamborghini Carolinas and Change Racing, who won both races in the World Finals held on Sunday November 22, 2015.
Lamborghini Super Trofeo drivers from all over the world came together for the event. The Asia Series is now in its fourth season, and is growing in popularity. The 2015 Sebring round was also a significant milestone for the Gallardo LP570-4 model. This highly successful car raced at the World Finals for the last time, marking the end of an era for a remarkable model.
