Technology

A selection of six petrol and diesel engines, available with two- or four-wheel drive and manual or automatic transmission, are available with the Discovery Sport.

The unit generating the most vigorous performance is the 2.0 litre, 240PS petrol engine, which can thrust the car to 60mph in 8.2 seconds. 

Drivers more focused on low running costs, meanwhile, would be better served by the 2.2 litre diesel engine, which offers impressive combined fuel efficiency of 46.3mpg and CO2 output of 162g/km.

A variety of advanced technology improves comfort and convenience for the occupants.

An 8" touchscreen provides easy access to the sophisticated infotainment system, and everything from navigation to the choice of music can be easily controlled with the “pinch and zoom" functionality.

A DAB digital radio with 10 speakers and Bluetooth® connectivity are also standard on all editions of the Discovery Sport.

Unique to Discovery Sport Landmark Edition 19” 5 split-spoke ‘Style 521’ wheels in Gloss Dark Grey further enhance the vehicle’s exterior and strong on road presence.

FRONT AND REAR PARKING AIDS

Standard on all Landmark Editions, the Front and Rear Parking Aid are designed to alert the driver with an audible warning to the presence of nearby objects.
