Mercedes-Benz have moved up the rankings in the latest J.D. Power UK customer satisfaction study. Mercedes-Benz have now claimed the highest ranking in the premium sector.
The results have come from more than 8,400 owners of cars registered between February 2013 and April 2015 and covers 23 different car brands.
Judged on a wide range of ownership criteria - from value for money, the ease and efficiency of booking a car in for service, to overall staff helpfulness, the quality of the facilities and the work being carried out – the J.D. Power study is the most detailed and comprehensive of its kind.
Based on customer’s answers Mercedes-Benz have seen an improvement in its scores: an increase of 18 points and 6 places over the 2015 study.
