Are you ready for electromobility? Find out for yourself. The free smartphone app shows you whether switching to an electric car or a hybrid model would make sense for you. To this end, the app records the routes you drive with your vehicle each day by smartphone – whatever the vehicle brand. The app calculates whether an electric or hybrid vehicle from Mercedes-Benz suits your individual mobility behaviour.

The EQ Ready App not only checks whether your destinations would be within reach with an electric powertrain, but also provides information on the energy requirement and the available infrastructure.

ROUTE SERVICE & CHARGING STATIONS

The EQ Ready App is able to calculate any routes with an electric vehicle including the energy requirement and individual consumption in advance. The required energy for the entered route is calculated based on historical traffic data and speed profiles resulting from them. Relevant charging options along the route are also recommended.

You can find the ideal charging options in over 30 countries on the map. For every charging station, information on the location, charging plug and charging speed is displayed. You can also search for the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer.

DAILY ANALYSES & NEWS​

​During the seven-day challenge, you are given new analyses of your trips on a daily basis. They facilitate a precise comparison of how the journeys would have gone with an alternative powertrain. The app also offers you exciting news related to the subject of electric mobility at Mercedes-Benz.

The app shows the virtual battery charge of the simulated vehicle. You can select from different charging options at any time in order to recharge your vehicle virtually in real time.

7 DAY CHALLENGE

Once the app has been started, the individual seven-day challenge begins, during which the users’ daily routes are analysed with their consent. At the end, the app shows whether the user is ready for a plug-in hybrid or an electric vehicle from Mercedes-Benz based on the individual mobility behaviour.
