• Must pass an ID check at your address
• Must hold a full UK/EU driving licence to be eligible for MINI Flex Car Insurance
• UK residents only
• Have had no more than three at-fault claims in the past 5 years
• Must have no more than three minor driving convictions in the past 5 years and no major convictions

The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official fuel consumption in mpg for the MINI range which includes the MINI 3-Door Hatch, 5-Door Hatch, Convertible, Clubman & Countryman range is between 38.7 mpg and 166.2 mpg and CO2 emission figures range between 1.7g/km and 160 g/km. Official consumption (combined) for the MINI Electric Level 1 range is between 15.2 kWh/100 km and 15.4 kWh/100 km.
