It's the only ŠKODA vehicle fitted with a Head-Thorax side airbag as standard, cushioning the driver and front seat passenger in the event of an impact.

ISOFIX attachments for the rear seats keep children securely in place.


Five 1.0-litre petrol engines are available for the model, including GreenTech options available at upgraded trim levels that deliver reliable efficiency.Drivers can also select an automatic or manual transmission to suit their needs.The optional 'City-safe' brake assistance sensors prevent collisions at speeds lower than 19mph by braking automatically, and the Stop/Start system cuts the power while idling to reduce the model's fuel consumption by up to nine percent.Fitted with any engine, the vehicle will reach 60mph from a standing start in no more than 15 seconds, and can reach a maximum speed of 107mph.The Citigo also provides confident torque at the mid-rev range and consistently high economy from the 35-litre tank, not to mention a potential 436kg of payload capacity.


The Citigo has been designed with a fresh new look, sporting precise, uncomplicated lines and a finned front grille with chrome trims. The cabin is similarly arranged to offer the utmost comfort, and is equipped with plush seating with integrated head rests.

Numerous storage pockets can be found in the cabin, offering convenient space for drinks and snacks, mobile devices, and anything else you might need for the journey. With every seat in place, the boot space is an impressive 251 litres, which can be extended by lowering the 60:40 split rear seats.​​
