The new Proace Van has a new frontal design that is distinctively Toyota, and it has a combination to suit every requirement in the medium duty van (MDV) market – Compact, Medium and Long body sizes are available, plus two wheelbase lengths as well as panel, glazed/semi-glazed, crew cab, combi and platform cab body styles to choose from.
At the 2016 Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham from 26th – 28th April, Toyota will be unveiling the Proace Van Compact, which offers the capacity of an MDV but within the format of a compact van. European specifications won’t be announced until this event, but it has been confirmed that a nine-seater combi version and conversion-ready platform cab will be on offer. Official sales will begin in September but you can order one of these pioneering vans from the end of April.
Pick from five diesel engines, offering outputs of 94 – 178bhp, paired with a manual, robotised manual or automatic transmission.
