The Audi e-tron has beaten one of its main rivals in the premium electric car market, triumphing over the Tesla Model X in a recent twin test by Auto Express magazine.
Our electric SUV was commended for its ‘lower road noise [...] smoother ride quality, more consistent steering and great roadholding’ - making it excellent for regular driving.
Auto Express also says the e-tron is the higher-quality car ‘inside and out’ and, with the lower price, was the better proposition compared to the rival Tesla model.
The final verdict says, “Superior steering and ride quality, consistent performance, heavy on tech and impeccably finished. In everyday use the Audi is the better choice […]”
