AN EVENING WITH SPECIAL FORCES.

The Special Air Service (SAS) is the British Army's most renowned special forces unit, born in the African desert during World War 2 and has since carried out many operations.

From the moment several black-clad figures appeared on the balconies of the Iranian Embassy in London in 1980, the Special Air Service became 'celebrities' both at home and overseas. Their motto, 'Who Dares Wins', has become part of British popular culture.

The selection process is one of the toughest in any military worldwide and the vast majority of candidates fail it. The members of the 22nd SAS Regiment are recruited from the UK armed forces and take part in courses for strength and resilience. Although most of the SAS soldiers come from the airborne forces. In order to be accepted to the Regiment, the candidates have to pass a number of tests and exercises during a five-week-long selection process. Of about 200 pre-selected candidates, only about 30 pass the selection process.

Jardine BMW Milton Keynes are pleased to invite you to join these elite soldiers for a very special event on 3 October.
