Terms & Conditions – Win a family trip to Lapland

• These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the “12 days of Christmas – Win a family trip to Lapland” competition (the “Competition”) run by Lancaster Motor Company Limited (part of the Jardine Motors Group) and, by participating you agree to the requirements set out in the following general Terms and all promotional materials.All references to Jardine Motors Group shall mean Lancaster Motor Company Limited and (where applicable) any of our group companies.

Eligibility

• Entries can be made by completing a valid purchase of a BMW or MINI at Lancaster BMW Milton Keynes, Lancaster BMW Bury St Edmunds, Lancaster MINI Milton Keynes or Lancaster MINI Bury St Edmunds between 8.30am on 1 December 2018 and 4.00pm on 23 December 2018.
• The Competition is open to any person aged 18 and over, except for employees of Jardine Motors Group and their immediate families or anyone else professionally associated with the creation and administration of the Competition.
• One entry per person. If one person makes multiple purchases, only one entry will be submitted.
• Retail customers only.
  
• There will be one winner selected at random from all the entries.
• Jardine Motors Group reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity, to verify eligibility conditions, or to award any prize to the winner in person or a substitute.
• Entries must be completed by the Closing Date of 4.00pm on 23 December 2018.

The Prize

• The Competition prize is £3,000 of TUI holiday vouchers to cover or contribute to the cost of a family break to Lapland.The winner can use these vouchers to purchase a family break to Lapland with TUI UK Limited up to a cost of £3,000.The winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any costs above £3,000.The winner’s rights and obligations as regards any holiday booked with TUI using the vouchers shall be in accordance with the contract entered into between the winner and TUI to purchase the holiday and as such shall be subject to TUI’s own terms and conditions.Jardine Motors Group sole responsibility shall be to provide to the winner the TUI holiday vouchers in accordance with these Terms.
• Items that are not included in the trip prize include travel insurance, airport/train station transfers, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, local and long distance calls, tips, gratuities and service charges and all other charges not described above.
• The Competition prize is valid and the family break to Lapland can be taken within a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
• The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered. The prize cannot be transferred or sold, under any circumstance.
• The Competition prize will be issued upon delivery of the purchased vehicle.
  
• Jardine Motors Group reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or the Competition at any time. The winner will be selected in a random draw and contacted within five (5) working days of the closing date from all valid entries.
• If at any time: (i) we require a response from any winner before awarding the prize and no response is received within five (5) working days of notification; or (ii) a winner declines to accept the prize; or
  (iii) the winner becomes unavailable,
  Jardine Motors Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner chosen at the same time as the first name(s) were selected.
• Jardine Motors Group decision to select any winner is final and we shall have no responsibility to anyone who has not responded. We also reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.
• By claiming the Competition prize the winner shall be deemed to accept these Terms.
• Jardine Motors Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Competition can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if Jardine Motors Group suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results, or has provided false information, has acted unethically in any other way or on any other reasonable grounds at Jardine Motors Group’s sole discretion.
• Jardine Motors Group reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary and in Jardine Motors Group’s sole discretion.
• By claiming the Competition prize the winner shall be deemed to accept these Terms.

The winners’ personal information

• To enter we will ask you to provide your personal information as set out in the relevant form. Your personal information will be used in accordance with Jardine Motors Group current published Privacy Policy (click here to view) and may be passed to our agents to administer the competition or send out the prizes. We may also use your personal information to promote the competition and Jardine Motors Group products and services (including the products and services of any partner sponsoring or otherwise participating in the competition) in any media including, without limitation, TV, online and publishing channels and social media platforms without entitlement to any financial reward. Personal information will only be used for direct marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from Jardine Motors Group (you may have already done this if you have registered your personal information with Jardine Motors Group previously). You can change your marketing preferences at any time by notifying us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The winner agrees that Jardine Motors Group may publish first name or surname and initial, age, town/city and/or likeness.
• If filming is required the winner may be asked to consent to being filmed (the “Promotion”). If consent is given the winner shall assign to Jardine Motors Group all rights of whatsoever nature, including all copyright in respect of the Promotion and grant all further consents or licences necessary to enable the fullest use of the Promotion throughout the world and without any time limit by any and all means in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter developed, without liability or acknowledgement.
