When it comes to training and development, we’re passionate about investing in our colleagues, working together to define opportunities; helping them be the very best that they can be.We have a huge range of online and face-to-face training courses, which are all accessed via our own online learning tool, so each colleague is in control of their personal learning journal. This is supported by manufacturer training and accreditations or funded study.

  • Our sites are state-of-the-art and fully equipped with the tools you’ll need to fulfil your new job. If not, we’ll ensure we help you bridge the gap.
  • We always want you to be accredited by the relevant manufacturer meaning if accreditations are available, we’ll pay for you to undertake them.
  • Every new member of the team will be provided with a Jardine Motors Group induction, including corporate values training, process training and manufacturer insights, to help you be the best you can be at your new job.
  • Our standard probationary period is 6 months and you’ll have multiple meetings before that 6 month mark, to ensure you’ve been given the tools and support to succeed in your new job.
  • You’ll be working in a large and diverse team, with most of our sites having over 50 staff, sometimes 100+.
