Natalie has just celebrated her 15 year anniversary with us. Although she also did a spell with us from 1994 to 2000, but couldn’t resist coming back!
She started as an Assistant Sales Administrator, and has worked her way up over the years to become a Corporate Sales Manager for our Mercedes-Benz division. She has now been in this role for ten years, and day-to-day duties include managing a team of nine (which keeps her very busy!), talking to our customers and making sure we are keeping them happy, and daily reporting. She is also very much involved with the team and helps everywhere, from quoting to arranging demos. She is also known as our chief problem solver, having to put problem-solving skills to good use on a daily occurrence!
Natalie’s favourite thing about working in the motor industry is the variety. It is absolutely true when we say that no two days are the same in this trade! She loves working with customers and making them happy, which is something we strive for every single day at JMG.
