To help us achieve this, we introduced the D&I Steering Group. This brings together like-minded colleagues across the business to connect, share ideas and experiences, and help drive forward our diversification, inclusion and equality commitments.

We also established the Colleague Culture Council; a group of colleagues who are passionate about making JMG an outstanding place to work. The Council meets to discuss upcoming initiatives and debate areas of focus for our D&I strategy. Council representatives also share news of team activities that are based around our areas of focus, which we then communicate across the business to inspire others.
