JARDINE MOTORS GROUP DEALERSHIPS RECEIVE EVA ACCREDITATION

With the implementation of the government’s ‘Road to Zero’ strategy for the end of all diesel and petrol car sales by 2040, interest is growing in the Electric Vehicle market.

For this reason, Jardine Motors Group is focused on Electric Vehicle Approved (EVA) accreditation from the National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) and is proud to announce that Audi Tamworth and Jaguar Land Rover Reading are amongst the first wave of its dealerships.

Audi Tamworth and Jaguar Land Rover Reading have both committed significant time and resources to meet the standards introduced by the NFDA, and through the EVA trust mark, can now share their expertise in the sector with customers.

Endorsed by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) and the Energy Saving Trust (EST), the EVA membership shows Audi Tamworth and Jaguar Land Rover Reading as reputable and knowledgeable Electric Vehicle dealers, helping customers throughout their buying and aftersales journey.

In order to receive EV accreditation, a dealer must meet an extensive list of requirements across all areas of a business, including sales, aftersales, handling of complaints, marketing and branding.

Jason Cranswick, Commercial Director at Jardine Motors Group, said: “Dealer groups play a key role in the development of the electric vehicle sector. Passing the EVA audit shows how a dealership takes its role as an electric vehicle educator seriously.

“Audi Tamworth and Jaguar Land Rover Reading are both great examples of how, as a Group, we’re determined to provide the best possible support to customers with any EV enquiries as we move away from petrol and diesel counterparts. I look forward to seeing more Jardine Motors Group dealerships follow suit and receiving EVA accreditation over the coming months.”
