Jardine Motors Group is awarded Qube’s Employer of the Month

The learning and development of our colleagues has always been a priority at Jardine Motors Group, ensuring that every individual is provided with a clear career progression path to enable them to be the best they can be. There’s a variety of opportunities for our colleagues to learn and develop their skills with us, including via an extensive range of training programmes.

We’re delighted that this focus on the development of our people has been recognised by Qube Learning, who have presented Jardine Motors Group with their ‘Employer of the Month’ award.

The award celebrates our achievements with all three of our Leadership Programmes, which are delivered through Qube, and how these align to the growth of our people.

  • Aspiring Manager – Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
  • First Line Manager – Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Leaders of the Future – Level 5 Operation Department Manager

As part of this recognition, Qube Learning will also donate £100 to the charity Breast Cancer UK, as chosen by the Jardine Motors Group Learning & Development team.

“It’s great to receive this recognition from Qube Learning for our range of Leadership Programmes, which support colleagues in building their career with us,” says Paul Phelan, Head of Leadership Development.

“The way we’ve designed our Leadership Programmes is something Qube has never experienced before and it’s great to hear that the team is using our model to encourage other organisations to learn from us. In just two years of moving our programmes to an Apprenticeship Framework, it’s great to receive a recognition like this.
