Jardine Motors Receives Award Shortlist for 'Best Wellbeing Strategy'

Over the last few years, Jardine Motors has invested significantly in developing initiatives to support and improve the wellbeing of our colleagues, both physically and mentally.

The introduction of schemes such as our Colleague Support Mentors, a network of individuals working across the Group to offer guidance to colleagues suffering with a mental health issue, has resulted in an enhanced organisational culture where colleagues feel empowered to look after their own health.

We understand that support comes in many different formats so therefore, we have developed a suite of schemes that are available to all colleagues across the Group to provide advice and information on everything from financial assistance and physical health to flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to purchase additional leave.

We are delighted that our focus on this area has recently been recognised with the news that Jardine Motors has beaten off competition from over 200 other entries to be shortlisted in the ‘Best Wellbeing Strategy’ in the Engagement Excellence Awards. These awards recognise the organisations that are making the necessary strides to make their business a better place to work and to be shortlisted underlines our ongoing commitment to improving colleague wellbeing.

Our teams are looking forward to attending the awards ceremony which is taking place on Wednesday 16 October 2019.
