To qualify you must be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), the Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS) or the Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP) and applications must be made with participating Retailers.

The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official fuel consumption in mpg for the MINI Countryman range is between 34.4 mpg and 166.2 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 39g/km and 188g/km. Plug-In Hybrid: official fuel consumption (combined) is between 148.7mpg - 156.9 mpg, official electric consumption (combined) is 4.0 – 4.2 miles/KWH, CO₂ emissions(combined) is between 40g/km – 43 g/km. Values are provided for comparison only, to the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges and do not relate to an individual car or constitute part of the offer.
