Jardine Motors Group takes exceptional pride in the perfect delivery of a new car. We have invested in dedicated PDI centres to ensure every car supplied has been meticulously inspected, prepared, and expertly handed over – just as our customers expect.
Our team of technicians and drivers is overseen by management to ensure vehicles arrive on time and in immaculate condition. Audi, MINI, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, smart, Jaguar and Land Rover are currently serviced by our dedicated fleet PDI centres; these brands make up over half of our annual fleet volume of 15,000 vehicles, with the remainder supplied locally from our centres.
As a supplier to all major leading companies through preferred supplier status or nominated end user accounts, we fully understand that service excellence is paramount to all fleet managers. Leasing company enquiries are answered within 30 minutes as standard, and our subscription to the 1-link aftersales platform means we can service and maintain vehicles across all of our locations. These are just two reasons why our service levels are some of the best in the industry.
