Meet the team

We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer with a culturally diverse workforce. We’ve reduced staff turnover and increased internal promotions and personal development. Our apprenticeship schemes are thriving – particularly within our aftersales operations, where we are committed to growing our own talent. In addition to the manufacturer-led training which our staff benefits from, the Jardine Academy offers a range of programmes and has recently become an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited training centre. Courses include ‘The Jardine Difference’ customer service training and our ‘Leaders of the Future’ programme.

Peter has worked within the motor industry for almost 30 years, much of that time within the fleet sector as set out in the panel As a result, he has extensive knowledge of the general fleet market and a deep understanding of the leasing industry, having been a preferred supplier to many of the large leasing companies. His current responsibilities see him directly responsible for a number of our large key end user customers and our strategic leasing partners.

Our community

At Jardine Motors Group, we believe that a good business is about more than the ‘bottom line’, and can make a valuable contribution to the communities in which it operates. This is why we support Whizz-Kidz, a charity that seeks to improve the lives of disabled children and help them in becoming confident and independent young adults.

JMG and Whizz-Kidz are a natural fit due to our shared purpose: providing mobility. With the partnership now in its fifth year, we have raised over £850,000. Our support has enabled Whizz-Kidz to buy motorised wheelchairs and specialist equipment and funded wheelchair skills training courses and residential camps. We also provide work placements for young people with disabilities at many of our locations.
