MINI VISION NEXT 100.
Inventive thinking is built into MINI’s DNA. To give you a glimpse of the possibilities that lie ahead, we’ve imagined what the future of urban mobility might look like.
EVERY MINI IS YOUR MINI.
In a future where a single MINI could be shared amongst several people, a new generation of technology will enable the car to always look and feel like your own. Parts of the exterior surfaces can transform to suit your personal preferences and beam a personalised greeting as you approach it.
The vision car features a stunning, transparent front-end, giving the driver an unprecedented sense of freedom and speed. It can also project images into view, providing an even more dynamic driving experience.
COLOUR IN MOTION.
The MINI VISION NEXT 100’s wheels will be a stunning design feature in their own right. Inspired by an intricate clock design, the wheels rotate to create a beautiful ombro-cinema effect.
The Cooperiser is a translucent circular instrument in the centre of the car which acts as the heart and mind of the MINI VISION NEXT 100 - communicating with the driver through dynamic changes in colour. The Cooperiser also controls the driving mood, offering a gentle, relaxed drive or sports mode for a super-charged experience.
YOUR JOURNEY. YOUR WAY.
Adjustable steering wheel and pedals slide from left, centre and right position, to offer ultra-flexible driving configurations.
YOU AT THE HEART.
Parts of the exterior surfaces transform to suit your personal preferences and the vision car will beam a personalised greeting as you approach it.
The MINI VISION NEXT 100 pays homage to MINI’s iconic design by positioning the wheels in the far corners, maximising handling and feel.
Between journeys, the vision car could drive autonomously to a service hub, to be cleaned and recharged, before zipping off to meet another driver.
