To make it easier for customers to choose the right MINI for them, the range has been streamlined.
Customers are now offered just three trim levels across the MINI range – Classic, Sport and Exclusive - providing a list of features that are standard across all models.
A 6.5-inch touchscreen, DAB digital, Bluetooth and emergency calling are all standard across the line-up, and with Classic, MINI also adds ambient lighting exterior logo projection and automatic headlights. You get all the essentials.
With all the basic spec but geared towards performance Sport models come with John Cooper Works additions, such as an aerodynamic body kit, alloy wheels, bucket seats, suspension and steering wheel.
The Exclusive includes all the basics of the Classic model with a more high-end finish. Fitted with ‘Exclusive’ alloy wheels, chrome detailing, leather upholstery and steering wheel, MINI Yours interior trim and chrome interior trim.
Customers can then choose from a four three equipment packs to add to the equipment already on-board.
This option adds rear parking sensors, dual-zone air conditioning, heated front seats, floor mats, additional storage, a central armrest and passenger seat adjustment.
On top of the features offered by the Comfort pack, the Plus upgrade adds a rear view camera, folding and dimming exterior and interior mirrors, front sensors and park assist, which includes semi-automatic parallel parking.
The navigation pack gives customers satellite navigation, a touchscreen display and Apple CarPlay functionality. If customers wish to get the Plus upgrade you get a larger 8.8-inch touchscreen display, wireless charging, MINI Connected Services, Real Time Traffic information and MINI’s Concierge service.
