Offering a good-sized boot, the MINI Roadster tucks its hood away in a small compartment that doesn’t significantly affect load capacity. The cabin boasts high-quality materials and great attention to detail, with varying trims depending on the version selected.
The MINI Roadster delivers outstanding safety levels thanks to the electronic systems it incorporates: Dynamic Stability Control as standard, plus Dynamic Traction Control and Electronic Differential Lock Control as optional features (standard in the MINI John Cooper Works Roadster). It also has roll-over bars in polished stainless steel and a full complement of airbags.
Like its siblings, the MINI Roadster offers a great range of different engines. This full-blooded roadster has a fast, almost “go-kart” feel, thanks to MINI’s bespoke chassis set-up, low centre of gravity, torsionally rigid body, and optimised aerodynamic properties. It boasts Electric Power Steering and an active rear spoiler that extends automatically at 50mph on MINI John Cooper Works Roadsters with a standard John Cooper Works aerodynamic kit.
