Your preferred MINI Centre will be alerted as soon as a service is required and will contact you to arrange an appointment, ensuring any required arts are delivered just in time for your visit.
If your MINI’s battery charge drops below a critical level, the Teleservice Battery Guard will activate and on occasions where this is due to a technical issue, contact will be made to arrange an appointment.
Breakdown Call function will arrange a direct call to Roadside Assistance. Your MINI’s technical data will be sent to the Roadside Assistance Agent for a quick and accurate diagnosis. This will allow us to offer you the best suitable solution.
