We have now been fully operational for almost 2 months and it is wonderful to see customers visiting our sites as well as continuing to engage with us via our digital channels.
The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our priority focus and at this time we will continue to operate on an appointment only basis. You are welcome to visit us without an appointment, however please be aware that you may need to wait a short while to ensure we are able to maintain social distancing measures on-site.
Alongside the already stringent social distancing and hygiene measures we have in place, customers will need to wear a face-covering and have their temperature checked upon arrival. Our colleagues will also be wearing face masks or coverings during any interactions with our customers. We will also ask for your details in case we need to contact you for COVID-related reasons in the future. Each and every one of our colleagues has undertaken necessary training and fully understands how to follow our all measures and guidelines to keep themselves and our customers safe. We appreciate things may be a little different now, but we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions throughout our dealerships and offices to ensure a safe environment whilst providing the highest levels of customer service.
