Keeping our customers and colleagues safe

The safety of our customers and colleagues continues to be our priority, and with Government restrictions lifting from the 19th July, I wanted to share with you our approach to this.

We have taken the decision to maintain our own COVID-secure practices throughout our businesses. We believe this is the right approach for us to ensure the safety of all visitors and colleagues in our dealerships.

Whilst our colleagues will continue to wear a face covering, it is at the discretion of our customers if they choose to also wear one while on our premises. However, we will ask that customers wear a face covering during an accompanied test drive.

Other Covid measures will remain place including the use of sanitisation stations, Perspex screens and social distancing wherever possible. We will also request that customers continue to scan the NHS QR code when visiting our dealerships without an appointment.

Our teams are on-hand both in our dealerships and via our digital channels to support with your sales and service needs, and you can rest assured you will receive the highest levels of customer service however you choose to engage with us.

We believe it is right to maintain our high standards and take a cautious approach towards any relaxation and changes to our business operations. We will continue to monitor the situation with regards to the spread of Covid and infection rates throughout the UK and I will continue to keep you updated with any further changes in our businesses.
