Onsite Sales Appointments

Sales appointments at dealerships operating in Tier 4 areas will not be available. Our sales departments are physically closed but you can connect with us in many other ways via virtual appointments, live chat and through our website.

For those dealerships in Tiers 1 -3 , we would welcome you to attend a sales appointment with us and you can rest assured that we will take all precautionary measures to provide a safe, clean and comfortable experience.

Appointment time

In order to protect all visitors to our business, we respectfully request that you attend at the agreed appointment booking time. If you are running late, please call and we will do our best to accommodate you later in the day or make an alternative appointment for you. Following Government guidelines, we ask that a face mask or covering is worn when attending your appointment. Our colleagues will also be wearing face masks or coverings during any interaction with you. Your temperature will be checked on arrival and your details will be taken in case we need to contact you for COVID-related reasons in the future.

Due to social distancing measures, it’s important we manage the number of customers on site at any one time, so if you do turn up without an appointment, we’ll be happy to arrange a time that’s convenient for you to return. Alternately, we also offer virtual appointments with one of our knowledgeable sales colleagues who can chat to you in the comfort of your home.

Discussing your needs

In line with our social distancing policy, all consultation areas are configured to ensure there is a safe 2-metre distance between colleagues and customers. We ask that all customers entering the dealership wear a face mask or covering in line with recent government guidance. Our teams will also be wearing face masks or coverings as well as one-time use disposable protective gloves where necessary.

Test Drives

WWe are pleased to offer a connected test drive experience enabling you to test drive a car at safe distance from one of our colleagues in another vehicle, asking questions and learning about the functionality of the vehicle over hands free telephony. Our demonstrator vehicles are fully sanitised and seat covers are provided and disposed of after use. Plastic wipe-clean envelopes are also provided for the safe transfer of customer keys and documentation.

Please note, test drives will not be available at any of our dealerships operating within a Tier 4 area.

What to bring with you

If you wish to take a test drive while you are with us, please bring your full current driving licence and National Insurance Number with you. You may also choose to bring your own pen to sign any documentation.

Showroom vehicles

Showroom vehicles are displayed to observe social distancing parameters and are sanitised and locked after use. Our team will be happy to unlock any vehicle of interest allowing you to explore the car in detail.

Please be advise that our showrooms will be closed in all dealerships operating within a Tier 4 area.

Exchanging documents

All paperwork is placed in either a plastic envelope or box and placed in a filing tray for you to pick up rather than being handed to you. The plastic envelopes, boxes and trays are all easy to wipe clean and are sanitised after use.

Vehicle Handover

Prior to your physical handover appointment, a virtual pre-handover appointment will be made enabling you to see a video of the key features and functionality of your new car presented by one of our team. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. When receiving your car, we ask that you wear a face mask or covering (our sales team will also wear a face mask or covering) so that we can show you to your new car and arrange for all documents to be signed in a safe way according to our social distancing policy. You will also be offered the opportunity to have a second virtual handover having taken delivery and familiarised yourself with your new car.

Please note that for dealerships operating within a Tier 4 area, a swift click and collect COVID secure handover will take place and we will be unable to offer a detailed familiarisation at this time. We will of course be available to answer any questions you may have remotely and will be happy to arrange a further familiarisation once restrictions are lifted.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask any member of our team. For more detailed information on these measures, please use the following links:
