Design

The A7 follows the latest Audi design language of large surfaces, sharp edges and taut, athletic lines. The single frame grille is wider and lower than that of the A8, emphasising the car’s sportier character, and is flanked by narrow LED headlights. A long bonnet, long wheelbase and short overhangs give it the look of a sports coupé, as does the sloping roofline. A large and distinctive single-piece OLED rear light bar joins the rear lights, whose taillights are made up of 13 vertical segments.

Features

Inside the cabin, there is a sense of airy spaciousness that Audi describes as a ‘futuristic lounge’ atmosphere. Audi’s design team has removed as much clutter and switchgear as possible, concentrating all the infotainment and control interface into two large touchscreens, hosting MMI Navigation and an Audi Virtual Cockpit. MMI Touch technology allows for fewer buttons, and more convenience, meaning you have everything at your fingertips. The sense of space is emphasised with the optional panoramic glass roof, providing 60% more viewing area.

Performance & Technology

The A7 is available with a choice of petrol and diesel powered engines, ranging from the 40TDI quattro featuring 204bhp to the 45TFSI quattro with 245bhp. Both engines feature a new mild hybrid system, delivering greater fuel efficiency and comfort. The A7’s powerful presence is not only evident in it’s on the road performance, but also via its intelligent technology. The rear-view camera will give you that added confidence when you’re parking into those smaller spaces, plus, a head up display will project important information in your eye line via the windscreen, keeping you alert on the road.

Safety

The A7 Sportback features a total of 39 driver assistance systems. Automatic emergency braking is standard, as is lane departure warning and Audi pre-sense front, which monitors the traffic in front of the vehicle for any potential hazards.
